We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account. We also collect usage data such as API call logs, request metadata, and performance metrics to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Service, process transactions, send technical notices and support messages, respond to your requests, and monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the platform.

3. API Request Data

When you make API requests through the $INFER network, we log metadata such as timestamps, model identifiers, token counts, and response latency. We do not store the content of your prompts or model responses beyond the duration needed for request routing and billing.

4. Node Operator Data

For node operators, we collect information about node hardware specifications, performance metrics, uptime statistics, and geographic location (region). This data is used to route inference requests efficiently and calculate operator earnings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, such as payment processors and analytics providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and debugging purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page.
